Rivet Roast is a local tasting ring. You compare two coffee bags by placing rivets on sensory rails and watch a house ranking move. Rankings, brackets, and history stay on the device.
The app does not take payments, hold a balance, or pay anyone out. House duties in the result sheet (who buys the next bag, who washes the pot) are flavor text. They are not a real obligation we enforce.
Bags, bouts, and preferences are stored on the iPhone. There is no online profile. Delete All Data or deleting the app removes that local store.
Scoring is your palate, not a lab grade. Seeded bags are sample data so the ring is full on first launch.
The app is a game about tasting coffee. Use it only where that is appropriate for you.
We may update the app and these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
